Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking a Sales Support/ Account Management Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a small busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative assistance whilst maintaining strong client relationships.

What you will be doing: 

• Providing exceptional customer service to resolve any customer issues effectively & as 
• quickly as possible, liaising directly with external Business Development Managers 
• Focused on building positive relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities 
• in every interaction 
• Supporting external Sales teams with the preparation of quotations and ensuring all follow 
• ups are completed 
• Proactive approach to follow-up ensuring all follow ups are accurately documented on CRM 
• systems 
• Assisting with inbound calls and enquires 

What we are looking for: 

• Prior administration experience within a sales environment, with a hunger to drive business growth 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the sales team 
• Experience of working across multiple systems including ERP systems and CRM sales tools
