Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based clients are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold a key role within a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals identifying and securing new opportunities within a growing area of their business. You will build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. You will be proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well within a team and is passionate about service delivery

You can expect:

• Salary £30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience with OTE £50k - £60k
• Ongoing growth opportunities
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30minutes for lunch)
• Site based

What you will be doing:

• Telephone prospecting and booking sales appointments for sales representatives.
• Produce quotations and presentations based on client requirements.
• Follow up quotes to completion, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management
• CRM management and utilising sales tools to ensure all communications are documented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.
• Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day

What we are looking for:

• Strong administration experience across ERP, CRM and reporting within a sales environment
• Business Development or Account Management experience
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management to get the best out of your day
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within sales teams
• Must be happy to be office based in south Hereford
