We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Hereford, for an exciting temporary position that offers a great opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in a dynamic work environment.

What you can expect:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shift 6am-2pm and 2-10pm (30 minute lunch break)
• Hourly rate: £11.74 
• Location: Hereford
• Immediate start with full training provided
• Hereford location with onsite parking

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with material handling, including material and colour changes, mixing, drying, and granulating.
• Performing basic quality checks and inspections with good attention to detail.
• Operating injection moulding machines under supervision.
• Supporting the team with general tasks to ensure smooth operation.

What we are looking for:

• Basic understanding of the injection moulding process (desirable but not essential—training provided).
• A willingness to learn and develop skills on the job.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
