We are recruiting for an IT Operations Technician for our client based between Leominster and Hereford on a full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless IT operations across the Group.

What you will be doing:

• Provide second-line user support for office-based, remote, and mobile users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Deploy, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Azure environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and Active Directory
• Configure and support LAN networks, including switches, access points, and mobile devices
• Monitor server infrastructure using specialised tools to ensure performance and security
• Document IT processes and contribute to IT projects, improving system efficiency and reliability

What we are looking for:

• BSc in computer science or relevant IT qualifications (preferred).
• Experience in IT operations, with proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2022, Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SCCM, and MDM tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in international teams
• Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to improve IT service delivery
• Experience with network configuration, application deployment, and IT infrastructure monitoring is a plus
