We are looking for one Moulding Operative to join our client in North Herefordshire on a temp-to-perm basis.

What you can expect:

• £11.80 per hour (days) / £11.82 per hour (shifts)
• Shift allowance: Morning (£1.09/hr), Afternoon (£1.24/hr), Night (£1.66/hr)
• Weekly pay
• Full training provided
• Monday – Friday work schedule
• Immediate start
• Potential for a permanent position

What you will be doing:

• Operating moulding machinery in a controlled, steady-paced environment
• Following detailed work instructions to ensure product quality
• Monitoring and reporting process issues to maintain smooth production
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Working in line with Health & Safety regulations

What we are looking for:

• Previous production or quality control experience preferred
• Comfortable with light manual handling
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Own transport is essential due to rural location
