We are seeking a driven and inquisitive PR Account Executive to join our clients’ Herefordshire based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful campaigns for high-profile clients while developing your skills in media relations, content creation and social media management.

You’ll be working with an experienced team, receiving ongoing support and career development, whilst contributing to a growing brand.

What you can expect:

• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
• 26 days plus 8 public holidays, increasing with tenure (up to 33 days)
• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements: minimum of two office days per week

What you will be doing:

• Writing press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and securing media coverage for clients
• Managing client social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging audiences
• Assisting with client meetings, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
• Supporting the planning and execution of client events, including trade shows, press briefings, and on-site visits
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in PR and marketing

What we are looking for:

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Confident using social media platforms and digital tools
• An interest in agriculture or the environment is an advantageous, either in professional or personal capacity
• Own transport to travel to clients’ sites
