We are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our rural Leominster client on a temporary basis.

What you can expect:

• £12.12 an hour
• Temporary opportunity with the potential for a temp to perm position
• Weekly pay
•  6am – 2pm, 10pm – 6am, 2pm – 10pm. Monday - Friday (night shift starting on a Sunday night)

What you will be doing:

• Operate machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products
• Monitor output and adjust machine settings within scope of role to maintain productivity and quality standards
•  Work in accordance with all information, instruction, training and supervision
• Set up machinery in preparation for production operations
• Perform scheduled cleaning duties and basic maintenance activities
• Periodically inspect products with precision measuring tools and record results
• Ad hoc duties as directed by Site Supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing environment
• Able to follow instruction and production schedules
•  Flexible and willing to be trained in multiple areas
• Awareness of Health & Safety
• Own transport would be essential due to rural location
