Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based clients are seeking a Purchasing Systems Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a key support role responsible for overseeing the ERP ordering systems, CRM administration and supporting the purchasing departments day to day operations.

You can expect:

• Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30minutes for lunch)

What you will be doing:

• Working across the ERP Ordering System Admin and support the wider Internal uses with support
• Creating and amending Product Codes and details, mass edits, adding suppliers, Running Purchasing/Stock/Back-order Reports and reports for the wider operations
• Sales CRM system - admin & internal support
• Purchasing duties including and not limited to, general admin, managing email inbox, costing for customer enquiries and placing daily purchase orders
• Negotiation across supply prices where relevant & chasing supplier ETA’s and back orders

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a purchasing, inventory management, or systems support role preferred
• Prior working knowledge across ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data analysis tools is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both suppliers and internal teams
• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
