We are recruiting on behalf of our Hereford based client for a Quality Technician to join their busy team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting product quality, as well as identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications.

What you can expect with this role:

• Immediate start
• Pay rate: £12.75 per hour
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
• Full training given
• Car parking on site

What you will be doing:

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process
• Record results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities
• Identify and communicate any quality issues to Line Manager for corrective action
• Follow established quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Utilise MS Excel to input data

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing is preferred
• Basic Excel/ IT skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
