Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based clients are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals.

What you will be doing:

• Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through
• Provide quotations and pricing information to customers
• Process orders and work efficiently across multiple computerised systems
• Assists customers with production specifications, handle incoming calls and webchats
• Convert warm sales opportunities to confirmed sales, growing key accounts
• Maintain customer databases and update regularly,
• Providing excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
• Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and administration

What we are looking for:

• Strong administration experience with within a sales environment would be highly beneficial with experience of working with ERP systems and CRM sales tools
• Ability to identify and address customer issues and offer effective solutions
• Tenacious with the flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on the situation and customer feedback to facilitate growth
• Excellent time management to get the best out of your day
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within sales teams
• Ability to work within a small but driven team
