We are working with our Leominster based manufacturing client, seeking a Sales Order Processor, on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to support all aspects of the sales function, processing orders in a timely and precise manner.

Candidates with existing administration and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks whilst working as part of a larger team are encouraged to apply.

What you can expect:

• Salary: £25,500
• Full time, office based on a permanent basis
• Monday to Thursday (8am – 5pm) and Friday (8am – 4pm)
• Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays

What you will be doing:

• Enter sales orders accurately on Sage 200
• Provide administration support for the sales team
• Ensure phone calls are answered promptly and professionally
• Ensuring order acknowledgements are confirmed
• Monitoring order progression to delivery
• Organising customer payments
• Communicating with customers about order details, such as delivery dates
• Ensuring all H&S is adhered to as per company policies and procedures
