We are looking for a Scheduling Controller to join our client’s operations team on the border of Powys on a full-time, office-based position. This role involves managing and coordinating scheduling activities to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth operational workflows.

• Pay rate: £13 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for projects and departments
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure resource availability
• Monitoring and adjusting schedules in real-time to accommodate changes
• Ensuring accurate documentation for reporting and auditing
• Communicating schedule updates across teams
• Analysing scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Supporting management in resource planning and optimisation

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in scheduling or resource management
• Strong decision-making, organisational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
