Our Herefordshire client has a brand-new position - a Visual Content Creator! This is a unique opportunity for a digitally savvy candidate with a creative flair and an agricultural interest, to produce compelling multimedia content that engages audiences and drives impactful campaigns.

You’ll be working closely with the marketing and communications team to tell agricultural stories across the country, from farm to table, through compelling visual content.  

What you can expect:

• Salary: £28,000 - £33,000, depending on experience.
• 26 days plus 8 public holidays, increasing with tenure (up to 33 days)
• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements: minimum of two office days per week

What you will be doing:

• Planning, capturing and editing engaging visual content tailored to client needs
• Working closely with PR and digital teams to ensure visual assets align with strategic objectives
• Creating visually appealing assets optimised for various social media platforms
• Keeping up with industry trends and incorporating fresh, creative approaches to content
• Ensuring all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel

What we are looking for:

• Experience in photography, videography and graphic design
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools
• Able to translate technical concepts into compelling visual narratives
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities
• An interest in agriculture, food, or the environment
• You will be expected to travel nationwide to capture and film content in a variety of agricultural settings
