Your Key Opportunity: Customer Support Advisor

Brand: M&M

Position: Customer Support Advisor  

Contract: Short-term (September to December) with potential for permanent roles  

Location: Leominster  

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 4 days a week  

Shifts: Monday to Friday - 9am to 7pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm, Sunday - 10am to 4pm  

Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £11.20, weekly pay, shift supplement for weekends worked

- Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.

- Safeguarding customer information in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills with a polite telephone manner.

- Proficient keyboard skills to ensure smooth chatbot interactions.
